GLECTO (Global Law Enforcement Cyber Training Organization) is a nonprofit dedicated to training law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in digital forensics and cybersecurity.


Our programs are open to law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and judges from partner agencies worldwide.


GLECTO is headquartered in Kosovo, serving as an international hub for cybercrime and digital forensics training.


We provide specialized courses in digital forensics, mobile forensics, cyber investigations, social media analysis, and courtroom testimony.


Training is supported through partnerships, donations, and agency sponsorships. Some programs may be fully or partially funded.


Agencies can sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with GLECTO to send participants to training programs.


Yes, students receive certificates of completion. A formal professional certification program is also in development.


You can support by sponsoring students, donating equipment, or partnering with us to expand training opportunities.
